You can't wear short hair in the Winter!!!!!!!!?
There was a time when females thought they MUST wear long dark hair in the Fall/Winter, then shorter/ highlighted for Spring/Summer! Males had the impression that they had to grow their hair out during the Fall/Winter, then have it trimmed lower for Spring/Summer, BUT....I HAVE NEWS FOR YOU!!!!!!!
